Through individual and group tasks, you will work on a real project brief with a real client. This gives you a taste of the ‘real’ working environment and allows you to build working relationships.

Learn by Doing.
A comprehensive product management course where students will work on rebuilding an existing business by applying learnings from the course. Work on business strategy, mission setting, understanding risks and constraints, customer analysis, business analysis, stakeholder management, product roadmaps, product delivery methodologies, measuring success, and more. All of the components in the course will come together to help students learn how to build successful product businesses.

Businesses of today are facing unprecedented challenges. They need to carefully balance user experience with business viability, while ensuring their solutions are technically sound and feasible. All while achieving well-defined business objectives.

Technical methods and tools.
Not only will we discuss the importance of business vision and objectives, but we will do deep-dives on the product management processes and tools that Product Managers are using to ensure there is continuous delivery and constant product improvement using our product strategy courses.
We will look at delivery frameworks, popular industry tools, how to measure success, and how to figure what to build in the first place.
Master collaborative skills.
An important aspect of a successful product management career is mastering collaboration and facilitation. You will need to bring the entire team along on a journey while ensuring vision is aligned and that everyone is on the same page.
On this product management training course, you will learn how to tackle team challenges, working with stakeholders and preparing for tough conversations.
Classes are held twice a week online, via live Zoom sessions. The course can be taken on either on Monday and Wednesday evenings, or Tuesday and Thursday evenings (from 6:30pm-8:30pm London time), depending on your chosen start date.
Expected Weekly Commitment
In addition to the 4 hours of class time each week, we expect each student to dedicate an additional 4–6 hours of homework on a weekly basis—this is essential for truly grasping the tools and methods taught along the way.
Our applied learning approach means you’ll be working on a live client brief as part of a team, where everyone plays a crucial role in moving the project forward. This course is designed to be a hands-on, collaborative experience that mirrors the real-world working environment.

Strategic session
60 min length. Q&A included
Early in the course you will be assigned a real client as a team, and will work on a live brief for them. You will apply your learnings to the project as the course unfolds.
The culmination of this project will be you presenting your process, findings and takeaways back to the client.
By the time you graduate from this course you will have a full end-to-end case study to add to your professional portfolio. We advise adding a few more projects to the portfolio, so by using your learnings from this course you will have the framework to work on other projects with best practises.
